Instead of these terms, you can use Atlassian's standard customizable end-user agreement.

1. Agreement
By installing or using Northline Test Management for Jira ("Northline"), the customer organization ("Customer") agrees to these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. License
While Northline is installed, the Provider grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Northline with Customer's Atlassian Jira Cloud site. Northline is currently offered free of charge. If it becomes paid via Atlassian, Atlassian's Marketplace terms will govern fees and billing.
3. Customer data
Customer keeps all rights to the data it puts into Northline. The Provider processes that data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy at https://jira.testcase.pro/privacy. A data processing addendum is available on request at privacy@testcase.pro.
4. Acceptable use
Customer will not use Northline to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, try to access other customers' data, or disrupt the service.
5. API keys and integrations
Customer is responsible for keeping API keys it creates for CI or MCP clients confidential, and for any activity done with those keys.
6. Support
Support is provided by email at support@testcase.pro and on https://jira.testcase.pro/support. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. The target first response is within 2 business days.
7. Availability and changes
The Provider may update, change or stop features. The Provider will give reasonable notice of material changes, and at least 90 days' notice before retiring Northline.
8. Disclaimer
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORTHLINE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROVIDER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES THE CUSTOMER PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND CAD $100.
10. Termination
Customer may stop using Northline at any time by uninstalling it. Data is handled after uninstall as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
